Internal Complaint Committee to be constituted by the Higher Educational Institution (HEI). Any existing body already functioning with the same objective like GSCASH should be reconstituted as the ICC. Provided that in the latter case the HEI shall ensure that the constitution of such a body is as required for ICC under these regulations
The Internal Compliant Committee (ICC) organize regular orientation or training programs for the members of the ICC to deal with complaints, steer the process of settlement or conciliation, etc, with sensitivity
Objectives
- To deal with all the genuine complaint of students, staffs and patients of the college.
- To express their grievances / problems, freely, frankly and without fear of being victimized.
- To support for those who have been deprived of the services offered by the
- College, for which he/she is entitled.
- To co-ordinate between students and Departments / Committees to redress the complaint
- To ensure effective solution to the complaints without an impartial and fair approach.
- Redressal of Student’s complaints to solve their academic and administrative problems.

Rules
- The committee will meet once in a month to resolve the complaints.
- To take conclusive decision and submit its recommendations to the deciding authority for removal of alleged complaints.
- The complainants shall bring up their grievances in a prescribe format immediately to the committee without fail.
- The number of complaints settled or pending will be reported to the Principal every month.
- All complaints should be resolved within two weeks.
Procedure
- A complaint box is provided at the Library and in ground floor near reception.
- All complainants should file their complaints either by writing in paper to the Committee or by online on the website of the college.
- All grievances referred to the Internal Compliant Committee shall be entered in a Register by designated member.
- All complaints should be resolved within a time frame by looking into its seriousness and by two way approach.
- The result of the compliant will be informed to the complainant within the period defined.
