There are 2 rural/peripheral health centres attached to the Institution which extend the basic medical/ dental support and train students to work in the rural environment and educate the population. 

• Ganapathy rural centre
• Pachapalayam rural centre

In addition to the peripheral centre, the college is attached to government peripheral centre. This centre provides the preventive dental health care for the economically weaker section and exposes the students to social environment and motivates them to serve the under privileged.
